Default Billing Rate

Hi, When we first setup Workfront 2 years ago someone who is no longer with the company set the default billing rate. Now, two years later, that default billing rate needs to be changed but I can't figure out how to do that. Can anyone help explain? Thanks, Anna Anna Welsh BrightWave

Hi Anna, Under Setup, if you go to the Job Roles and edit a Job Role, they might have a default cost and billing rate set for them Andrew Beard - LeapPoint Senior Associate LeapPoint Herndon VA
