De-duplicate a job role report

Hello. 

I am making a report that needs to list how many of each job role is attached to a project.

The problem is that one project can have multiple tasks assigned to the same person that has a job role. So is there any way to count unique job roles per project?

Hi Niko,

 

If you are looking for a count, I'd say use an assignment report, group by project, then group by job role. You should be able to see the count in Matrix view. 

 

If you want to list them, you can use a collection of Project Users in a Project report:

    Thank you for this tip. Unfortunately the matrix shows all the same duplication. One person with a job role assigned to multiple tasks within one project. I'll keep looking how to get it so that it shows each job role only once if that job role has been assigned a task.
