I suggest, that your instance has been "migrated" into the Unified Shell with the last update.
Did you check the language setting in your Unified Shell profile?
I experienced, that since that update the UI language has been mixed up and the display language depends on the browser display language as well es this profile setting.
Perhaps you can also try a user reset, if that does not help.
