Customize the Opened Request screen in Workfront

Hi, I was wondering, if the screen or particular area shown in the below image can be customized to our needs. For example, remove the percentage slider and add custom values to the status, etc. Please let me know & thanks in advance.

I'm not sure what your needs are, but as a workfront or group administrator, you may be able to add fields to the header as shown in the link below.
