Cross-Company Access

We have a second group of users in our instance that we cordoned-off using Companies in order to keep their work separate and confidential.

However, we now have a small number of users that need to work on projects for both Companies. Is that possible, and if so, how?

I believe it's as easy as sharing the project(s) from the other company with them. We have users in one company within Workfront who have access to projects where the project's company is different.
