Creating workback schedules

Hello,

Wanted to check here to see if anyone uses Workfront for Workback schedules. We do it but it is very manual just changing the dates. I know we should be able to use the predecessors and constraints to make it less manual. Havent had the time to figure it out so I thought I would check in with this community. Any help is appreciated.

Hi @heidis1 - The easiest way to change dates in Workfront would definitely be utilizing the predecessor and constraints, maybe even setting the Schedule From on the project to be Project Completion. Definitely takes some time upfront to get those in place, but will save tons of time in manually changing date as you're executing the projects!

Thanks.  We do this for forward going projects but never for workback. Do you do workback schedules?
