Create custom filters and views in the default Requests section of Workfront.

Is it possible to create custom views and filters in the Requests section? I know I can create a custom report and create views, filters, groups there but I would like to be able to add the view and filter to the request object in the same way I do for other objects (portfolios, programs, projects, users etc)

Specifically, I want to create a filter so that users only see requests that belong to the users HOME GROUP but I don't see a way to do that without creating a report.
