Company logo applied to exported PDF custom forms

Hello,

We have a workstream where we are exporting custom forms (in this instance the custom form is serving as the brief) to share with external agencies for quoting purposes. Is there a way so that when we export the data from the custom form as a PDF, that our company logo also appears on the file? Right now formatting is ok, but we'd really like our info on there as well. Hoping this is something simple that I am just not seeing. Thanks!
