Commenting in ProofHQ eventhough it isn't in my stage yet

In ProofHQ, we have 3 stages for approval.

Stage 1: Team 1

Stage 2: My team

Stage 3: Team 3

 

Is there a way to make a change even though proof isn’t Stage 2 (My team) yet; I can still comment on proof?

I think you would want your proofing workflow to be configured so that each stage is active on proof creation - see screenshot

Thanks for your suggestion, @richard__carlson.

 

If we were to activate all stage on Proof Creation, does that mean, all 3 stages can make a decision?

 

If that's the case, it wouldn't suit our workflow because Stage 2's decision is dependent on the changes Stage 1 makes and Stage 3's decision is dependent on all the changes made.

 

In our circumstance, we can't have Stage 3 making a decision before Stage 1 and 2.
