We have a lot of new faces here and one huge part of what makes this community great is getting to know other work management experts. Comment below to introduce yourself, tell us the main department(s) that use Workfront and what you use Workfront to do at your company. I'll randomly draw several winners from the people who comment below by Tuesday, September 8. That's just over 1 week to enter to win. If you update your profile with the same information (there are fields on your profile for department and use case) and let me know in your comment and you'll get TWO extra entries to win.

I'll get things started to give you an example of what to share...

My name is Kyna Baker, I'm the Community Manager at Workfront. We use Workfront in all departments at Workfront, my main use case is to manage projects related to Workfront One and customer case study creation.

Edit your profile to include this information (like in this screenshot) for extra entries to win!

My name is Tracy, I'm a Graphic Design Supervisor for an in-house marketing agency for a casino/resort and a WorkFront Admin. We started using WorkFront 1 year ago and I've become obsessed. We mostly use it for art proof approvals, but if I have any say we will eventually use it for EVERYTHING! =) Profile updated!

My everyone, my name is Erica, I'm the Customer Success and Professional Services Operations Manager and I am our Workfront Admin. We started using Workfront (full time) in February but have had Workfront for about almost a year.

Our Customer Success team uses Workfront for time tracking to customer accounts (this helps provide us insights into which customers are receiving the most care and we have our accounts tagged to help capture additional data).

Our Professional Services team use Workfront for Contract (Project) Management and Time Tracking. They use templates and tasks to assign work to other teams, use updates to keep track of the work progress, and documents to store deliverable. They are also time tracking and use portfolios for keeping account notes. This team uses reports heavily as they help us keep track of which customers are getting close to their purchased number of service hours and insights to our headcount, capacity, and employee utilization.

Our Business Operations Team (our internal team who manages our CRM system)) also uses workfront as a task queue and has an approval process attached to requests.

Each team uses Workfront differently and it has been great to see 1 system work for so many different teams.

Hello! I'm the Creative Assets Program Manager and Workfront Admin for USANA. Our Creative departments are the main ones that are using Workfont at the moment. We use it to plan and execute projects, ranging from digital/web to print, video, and events. We rely heavily on it to track the work work and resourcing available and report on the outcomes from the teams. We're working on including more Project Management methodologies with our Creative teams to improve prioritizing work.

My profile is updated as well.

Hi! I'm Rachelle Dilley, Project Manager and Workfront Admin for the Enrollment Marketing & Communication team at the University of Arizona. We launched Workfront approximately two months ago and use it to manage all projects (print and digital). I especially love the reporting functionality as our last system lacked all ability to report so it was done manually. Thought I am still definitely a Workfront newbie, I love it and look forward to utilizing more functionality to strategically drive our team. Profile updated as well.

I'm Kevin Quosig, Associate Operations Manager for The Electro Creative Workshop, the nearly 200 member inhouse, full-service design agency for the The Clorox Company. I am one of three co-System Administrators of the Workfront instance.

We use Workfront to manage requests, the resulting projects, the proof routings (Workfront Proof), and time spent on work. Workfront was launched last October to replace a custom-written piece of software that had been used for these purposes for over 15 years.

‚Hi all. I am Elaine Hennessey, I am a Senior PMO Analyst for Gallagher here in the UK. I am the SME for Workfront.

We have over 200 users in the UK; these are a mixture of Reviewer, Worker and Planners.

We use the tool for all Projects within our Portfolio, and have been using it since 2017.

We have utilised a lot of the custom forms to support how we complete our reporting, our Report details are a mix of filters and text, and have created our custom colours within the reports. we also utilise the tool for our approval workflow.

Workfront supports our financials, KPI's, and Management Reporting.
