Just noticed this the other day and not sure if this is how it has always worked. If a request has a commitment date or reflects it will be done in the future but it is closed today because the resolving task was completed today the display on the request screen shows that the request was done in the future. An example is that I have a request that had a commitment date/planned completion date of December 31, 2020. Never changed the date when converted to a task but updated the task commitment date when we started to work it. The task was marked complete yesterday which closed the request. The request display shows that the request was done on December 31, 2020. Should it not show the request was done on 3/16/2020? Frank Fornataro DHHS
