Capacity Reports

Hello, Is there a way to create a report where someone with a Worker license could see their own individual capacity in hours week-to-week? Basically like the Resource Planner but only showing their assignments. I've tried this with a task report, but I'm limited to hours due or hours starting and can't fold in the ongoing work in progress. I've also tried making a filter for the individual on the Resource Planner but it still shows everyone else in that role, just at 0, so not ideal. Any recommendations? Thank you in advance. https://experience.workfront.com/s/ask-the-experts - Capacity Ask the Expert The below is a rough estimate, as this is 1) only for tasks 2) if more than one person is assgined the task, then the primary assignee is given the 'credit' - but, it works...failing that give the dashboard view of the users for the resource planner, but they will see all users, as you stated above... Hi Lila, If the option Miranda suggested doesn't meet your needs, I invite you to consider our Resource Contouring solution, which (as per the screenshot below) can be used to visualize utilization at the month, week, or even day level, for Tasks and Issues, including those with multiple assignees, accounts for Schedules and PTO, and can be run in a standalone dashboard, or a custom tab under an Portfolio, Program, Project, or User, which automatically-filters to that particular context. In a User's case, it allows them to self-advocate ("uh: I'm buried, here...") using the same data, in real time, as Project Managers would see at the aggregate views. Ah: and our advanced version allows editing, right within the Grid, too (think "bump a project by 2 weeks"), although some technical restrictions apply. If you (or others) are interested in more information, I invite you to email me at doug.denhoed@atappstore.com. Regards, Doug Doug Den Hoed - AtAppStore
