Can we attach an excel file in a custom form?

Hei Is there a possibility to attach an excel file in advance inside a custom form? Since not all the time all forms required to convert in custom form? Hey Kundan, You can add a "Descriptive Text" field to your custom form and then add a link to your spreadsheet. Kirsten Heikkinen

Yep. Good call Kirsten. We have used this same approach for requests that have multiple entries for the same fields, i.e. addresses or adttl contacts. We simply added the sharepoint URL in as descriptive text w/ the direction to fill out the form and then add it to the documents upload at the top of the form.
