Can I set-up an automated email to new users?

Good morning. Is it possible to create an automated email to send to users when we add them as a new user to our instance? I would like to be able to have an email autogenerate when we add a new user that welcomes them to Workfront and give them directions on how to log-in, etc. Thanks!
