Can document folders be standard at the program organization level? We would like to have established document folders present every time someone someone opens up a new program.

Thanks!

Hi @hannahkr2

In Workfront, it's not currently possible to create default or standard document folders at the program level. What you can do is create a folder structure in one Program, and then manually replicate this structure in other Programs. However, this approach could be time-consuming and may not be feasible if you have a large number of Programs.

Also, you can try this -- you can create a similar effect by using Project Templates. When you create a new project from a template, it will include any document folders that were in the template. However, this approach only applies to project level, not directly at program level.

Also, Please use the Fusion that when a new Program is created and creates the necessary folders.
