Can a custom status be shown on the request?

Hi

We created a status "Awaiting Start" for projects that equates with On Hold - this status simply means that the project is in queue to be worked but has not been started yet. We found using the Not Started status didn't prevent date/condition progression during the waiting period but needed a way to differentiate between projects that are truly on hold.

The issue I am having is while our projects show "Awaiting Start" the original request for the project is still showing "On hold" which is confusing my clients who submitted the request for work (we are an internal design agency.)

Is there any way to change that status on the request as well as the project?
