Calculating Actual cost

Hello Everyone, I am having trouble getting the actual cost for my hours report. I have the role name and billing hour cost set up but it is not calculating. Can someone assist me with this? Thank you, Chandra Chandra Savage 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc.

On the finance settings on the task, do you have Cost Type set to User Hourly? Adina Pierce Cisco

Have you tried using the recalculate finance option on the Project? Seems like when we started using Costs, which we did after-the-fact, I had to bulk edit the Cost Type on all of my Tasks for existing projects to "User Hourly". I had to do this because previously we didn't have a value set in the overall configuration. Then I had to use the recalculate finance option. This forced the Costs to update on all my tasks.
