I'm a bit new to Workfront. Is there a way to automate the setting of the project priority status based on the scorecard results? I'm imagining something like a score of 0-50 would be Low, 41-70 Medium, 71-100 High.

Are you referring to scorecard under the business case section? If yes, unfortunately there is no way to dynamically change the priority based on scorecard results of a project. You can probably think of creating a custom calculated field for priority or use Fusion to trigger an update to the project whenever the scorecard is filled out.
