Automated Email to Users that have not logged in for over 90 days

Hello,

Is there a way to send an automated email to users that have not logged in to Workfront for over 90 Days? 

We use SSO to provision users.

    Hi Brady,

     

    There is no native functionality that would do this. The only way to do this in an automated way would be via the Workfront API. If you have Fusion, a simple scenario could be developed that will look for users that have not logged in for more than 90 days and automatically send a message to them.

      We do this and have the message be an update in WF with the user and user’s manager tagged that they’ve been downgraded due to inactivity.
