Autofill Project Sponsor from Requestor

We need the project requestor to autofill in as the project sponsor when we convert requests/issues to projects. We're not sure how to make this happen. Do we need a new field in a custom form? Or do we have to do this manually forever?

    Sorry, but you'll have to keep entering this manually. There's no way to automate it without using the API.
