Well, the key thing to note about request queues is whether you are using them from a single-project standpoint (I only want this to be used inside of this project [and hence inside of the tasks in the project]) or whether you are using them globally (available outside the project). You are doing the former, so make sure you don't check the "publish as a help request queue" checkbox. -skye
