Assign Multiple Timesheet Approvers

Hi all,

 

I have a department that always want the same two managers assigned as approvers to their area. Is the only/best way to do this to create a new Timesheet Profile?

In the short term, I have added both of them to the existing available timesheets the system has created, but I assume the next new one would revert to the timesheet profile?

    Yes, you’d create a timesheet profile for this to assign it to the department members either from their user profiles or from the timesheet profile setup, and assign the two managers in the profile settings.
