Anyone have a solution for the due dates in the Backlog?

Right now we have to move "Planned Completion Date" for tasks every week that we're not going to get to in the upcoming iteration. It's time consuming and annoying.

If a task in the Backlog didn't have a date required, we could sort by Brands we support and prioritize based on brand need, instead of "dates" that we have to constantly move.

In other projects, we can remove someone's name from a task. But in the Agile>Backlog, we have to have the task assigned to our Agile team.

That's true that in Agile, the task is assigned to the specific Agile team. What are you trying to do?

Becky we are close to launching a feature that will allow you to ignore all dates in an Iteration. I think this will resolve your issue.
