Since Adobe took over Workfront, it seems we’ve lost the ability to upload Animated GIFs for proofing. Previously, we could play the GIF and pause it at any point to add comments, but that’s no longer possible. Now, I just get the "Proof failed to generate" error. I came across a thread from 01/22/24 by KierstenKollins (community advisor), where it was mentioned that "Support confirmed there is a bug with animated GIF proofs and passed it on to the developers for investigation." I reached out a few weeks ago to check if there was a fix, but I didn’t receive a response. I’m still experiencing the same issue, and no one has given any updates. Does anyone know if this has been resolved, or if a fix is coming soon?

Last year, the Dev team deployed a fix for us and we have not had any issues since then.
Have you put in a ticket with the support team? It sounds like there could be something more here if this has not been working for a year. Here is our old case number if supports need to refer back to what the fix was: 00388304

Thank you for that information. It is almost impossible to find out where to submit a ticket, I always end up in the Community questions. Do you know how I can submit?

If you visit the link below, you will be able to submit a ticket if you have the ability to do so. If you are not able to submit a ticket, reach out to your account rep so they can allow you the ability to submit a ticket for your organization.
