Adding timesheet to a single user vs additing it thru the layout template

Question

Is there a way to add timesheets to an individual users experience w/o additing it thru the layout template?

Right now we have timesheets turned off for users except certain ones. Those ones that have it we created a layout template for them and added it that way.

However the person i want to add a timesheet to currently has to stay with a different layout template, i don't want to switch them over.

Is there a way i can add the timesheets w/o going thru the layout template.

Hi @victoriamo3,

Adding to what @skyehansen suggested, if you a SysAdmin, you could Login As the desired user, navigate to their timesheet, Pin and/or Favorite that page for them, take a screenshot, highlight the "click here" spot for future reference, and send that image to them.

can you just give them the link to the timesheet area and get them to click on "pin current page"? The URL would end in /timesheets, so for example, yourdomain.my.workfront.com/timesheets, or if you are on IMS, experience.adobe.com/<domain stuff goes here>/workfront/timesheets
