Hi all,

I can pull the field actualHoursLastMonth into my project report, but can't seem to filter on it. Is it possible?

Thanks

Matt

What are you trying to filter exactly? If you're wanting to pull only projects with greater than 40hrs entered in the last month for example, it would be 2 filters, something like below, or if you only want hours logged last month regardless of how many, you'd just use the bottom filter in this example:

Hi Madalyn, I'm trying to get the following: -

Projects entered between 1st April 2025 and 30th September 2025

AND

Have 0 hours logged against them in September 2025 (regardless of any hours logged before this time)

I will try to use the second bit of your example but turn it into NOT between in text mode. I'll confirm if that works.

Many thanks!

Hi,

Unfortunately, it still returned project with hours logged in September. If I remove the hour filters but add the field Actual Hours Last Month, then I can identify the projects. But I can't filter on them to reduce the view for a status bulk update to complete for example.

Thanks
Matt
