I am wanting to have two forms appear in the requests section associated to the same project. The project name appears in the requests drop down but there is no way to access the second form. How do I go about getting both forms to show up?

You can add multiple forms when you set up the request queue or the queue topic.
If you have queue topics you'd do it there.
If you don't have topics, you'd select all the custom forms on the Queue Details page.
Also make sure both forms are visible to all users or who you want to access them for the forms to be visible in the request queue page.
