Workload Balancer - Turn Off On Hold and Canceled project hour allocations

In the settings of the Workload Balancer you can currently have it not display hour allocations from completed projects (very useful). We would like the same option for projects that are On Hold and Canceled. This would aid tremendously in planning more accurate management of work resources.

I agree because in Classic Resource Scheduler, the On-hold or Cancelled Projects with assigned tasks did not appear on the scheduler. Today, in the WLB I often 'come across' projects on hold or cancelled and then need to remove all assigned resources to have my WLB properly reflected. This would be super helpful.

Hi everyone,

We merged this idea with the following one as the new filtering experience will provide that functionality: Link

We will continue evaluating and providing updates there.

@vazgen_babayan

Hello, I followed the link above and it takes me to a standard documentation area with no specific information.

Having On Hold Projects & Tasks NOT flow into Workload Balancer is really important for us.

Can you let me know if this is on a roadmap / where I can find updates.

Thank You

Emma
