Ability for outlook calendar schedule synced in wf calendar could be tied to workload balancer to take in the utilization of meetings schedule through outlook.
I would love to see an overall improvement to the O365 calendar. At this point, it feels like the calendar integration is simply there so people can reference it but the integration has no actual role in our traffic team accounting for an employee's capacity since it's not factored in to the balancer. Calendar events have no way of being associated to project, tasks, issues, either.
