Workfront Trust Site - Cluster Wildcard

It would be nice for the cluster in which one is located to be different in such a way as to indicate to the user that his or her org is in said cluster. Currently, all five clusters are highlighted in green and in non-bold, non-italic, non-underlined font.

For example, if my org is in cluster CL02, then when I visit the Trust website, CL02 would be in bold font, while the rest are not.

Business case: scrolling through the history, I see incidents that have affected specific clusters. I do not know, however, if it was our cluster or another.

Agreed. I think it should be easier for System Administrators to know what their cluster is.

Use Case 1: Today, there were outages reported for some clusters, and it was hard to tell if my cluster was affected.

Use Case 2: On Releases, the rollout dates were by clusters. It was hard to know when the upgrade would happen because I don't know my cluster.

Ex.

Production release dates

The 2017.3 release will be available in the Production environment on the following dates:

• Workfront Production environment for clusters 2 and 4 - November 9

• Workfront Production environment for clusters 1, 3, and 5 - November 10

Here's a thread on the Community Site about how to identify your cluster: https://community.workfront.com/discussions/community-home/digestviewer/viewthread?MessageKey=63b82f5f-685b-4c42-92aa-8a1c433cb29a&CommunityKey=aaafaff0-5e4e-4e38-8903-f1f990935567&tab=digestviewer#bm63b82f5f-685b-4c42-92aa-8a1c433cb29a#bm0
