Workfront Late Reports Delivery Issue

Description - The Workfront reporting auto-send/repeating deliveries feature is not functioning as intended. Ideally, reports should be sent at the specified time listed. We have encountered instances where reports with repeating deliveries scheduled for 9 AM have been received by stakeholders in the afternoon. Timely delivery is crucial as these reports involve time-based activities.

Why is this feature important to you - Delayed reporting affects our operations. As a temporary solution, we have adjusted deliveries to be sent a day prior, but this workaround may lead to oversight of projects created afterward.

How would you like the feature to work - We expect reports to be consistently delivered on time without fail.

Current Behaviour - Reports are consistently sent late for scheduled repeating deliveries

I am also seeing the same behaviour. No matter what time is set in the repeating delivery the report seems to always be running at 5:00 AM when it should be running at 6PM. I have tried changing the time and no mater what it is set to the report still runs at 5:00AM

Hello. I wanted to add to this issue as I also often times have reports being auto-sent 5-6 hours late in some cases. Is there awareness to this issue or any measures to take to resolve?
