Work License should have ability to view Resource Pools, Resource Planning and Scheduling

Work License should have ability to view Resource Pools, Resource Planning and Scheduling (currently all located in Plan License > People dashboard). Executives and some other upper management may not need admin rights or need permission to create projects, thus a work license is sufficient.

If they want to view staffing / resource allocation at a business and not project level for resource planning or to just get an idea of what everyone on their team is currently working on, they can't do this in the horizontal, color coded view within a Work License. Creating an hour report creates a grid-like resource reports and is not as easy to navigate and review at a glance as the current resource tools in People > Staffing. It would be helpful to give the Work License view rights to this area.
