A client requester is pushing to got this implementation because they usually work with the Team on this tab, checking the campaigns and tasks assigned to each Team.

She would like to know If WorkFront could be able to share in an excel the workload of each person so that the whole Team knows what they have to work.

Please guys can support this request, so we can export the Resource Management in a more efficient way. 🙌

this will be a great add-on, as many people look up to Workload Balancer and Resource Planner as reporting tool, so having the export version will be a great feature.

I believe this is a great idea. I have come across many clients who would take advantage of this functionality for sure.

Why export when they can see it in Workfront?

@randyroberts For external use of the companies' own spreadsheets. Also for Teams that want individual management of the information they have to work on, so It is easier for them to have the control of those elements without giving specific access to their own users, looks like a alternative way to handle and storage this type of Reports from WorkFront.

@randyroberts I beleive only those people who are set up as resource managers(non admin folks) or project owners can see the Workload balancer module. There are lots of instances where the clients we work for or maybe even the leadership would like to see the capacity/availability of a particular team. In this case, it becomes easier to just extract and share it with them - or maybe have an ability to send it as a report 🙂

I get it. For us with 1,000 users, it changes so fast that if exported, it would be wrong by the time it saved.
