Want to add portfolio/program option in a Request (not only in a Project)

In the Project, there is a Portfolio section in the project build.

In the Request, there is no Portfolio option. We added a text fields to supplement in the Request form.

This is an ask of WF to see how we can bring the Portfolio option from Projects into Request.
