Updates to the Text Fields

1. Updates Tab and other text fields: The "Start a new update" text field used for updates needs better formatting options.

2. Example: Add attachment, add link, Colors, etc.

3. Ensure that the enhanced text field capabilities are carried over when the HTML or PDF report is generated (Format styles should be retained).

4. Ability to edit the last updates for a task. Sometimes the conversation calls for an edit to that note I just posted.
