Updates section changes color when "Private to my company" is selected.

I'm wondering if perhaps when "Private to my company" is selected maybe the comment field background could change color slightly, or a different border... Something that differentiates that type of comment thread from one that everyone, e.g. the BP, can see at a quick glance.
