Update All option on Task/Issue/Project

Currently you can go to the Staffing tab and use the Update All feature under the people area. That's great but it would be even better if this were an option to check under the Update tabs on a Task/Issue/Project. There are situations where you really want to add the whole project team and it would make the most sense to just do so from the regular updates area rather than having to navigate over the the Staffing > People area of a project.

It would also be helpful if the option showed the list of users it's going to send the update to so that they can be modified on the fly if necessary to remove any users who may not need the notification from the project team. I regularly see project owners using the Update All feature but removing one or two folks that are not impacted by the update.
