UI - Work delegation Feature - Accessible outside of My Work Home widget

Current Behaviour:

The delegate feature is only available from the "My Work" home widget

How would you like the feature to work:

Move this feature to a User profile tab or any other dedicated page 

Why is this feature important to you:

We often set-up custom homepages for users bypassing the standard Homepage for user experience and work efficiency
