Timesheets Expand/ Collapse All + Ability to move forward/ back weeks from user timesheet screen

1- To change week to week (forward or back) you need to select 'back to Timesheets' then select the week and start again. it would be easier to have the ability to change weeks from the User Timesheet screen rather than going back & forth.

2- Expand/ Collapse All button for Projects/ Tasks on the timesheets screen
