In the proof, I want to be able to tag any user in my Workfront environment. Not just people who have opened the proof. Not just people who are an owner or reviewer of the proof. Not just people who are in the advanced workflow. If any person has a user account in my Workfront instance, I would like to be able to tag them in any proof.

YES with the teams comment. We really need to be able to tag teams in and add teams on approvals.

This is a constant source of frustration for my organization to the point that we can’t believe it’s not a default functionality. Up voting!

It's not just that you can't @ them if they aren't part of the proof request, in some cases you even can't @ mention people associated with the proof if they haven't opened the proof yet so the first person to begin a review and have questions for other reviewers might not be able to alert anyone to a question.

Definitely needed as a performance improvement ASAP!

Adding my comment from another post last week that linked back here...I have 3 admins i can ask to Upvote --let's get the ball rolling this week so this can happen !!!!

was this ever upvoted and put into place? my copywriter needs to be able to tag other copywriter in reviewing proof process and is not able to pull her up.....has to send sep update for why a change should or should not be made etc..(as well as design reviewers)...TY for any insight =)

Ditto here. Due to our complicated internal process this missing tagging functionality for all WF users/teams is preventing us from using Proofing to its fullest capacity.

Yes to being able to tag teams in comments too (and shared mailboxes). It would also be good if you could tag people in comments on a proof in WP/PHQ too, rather than having to send a separate update.
