Submit Project Request from Request Page

It would be great to be able to submit Project Requests (with Business Cases and Custom Forms) from the Requests page. It's confusing to have to go into the Portfolio and click Add Project then select Request Project.

Two-for-One... if this get's developed, make the Custom Form and Business Case "one form". It will be confusing to have to click between two tabs to fill in both.
