Sticky Task List Filter View Group

When I choose a particular combination of filter view and group, I would like for it to stay that way PER project. I typically have multiple projects open in tabs at any given moment and when I change the selections in one tab, it changes all the project task list filter/view/group settings in the others upon refresh.

It wold be very helpful for them to be set pre project rather than across the board.

I agree! I WASTE 20-30 minutes a day fixing my views and filters because I use multiple types depending on the project. An alternative suggestion would be to set to able to set default filter, view or groups at project level. If user does not select default, then let functionality work that way it does now.

Yes please!!! I vote yes to default Filters Views and Groupings per Project!

This should be a VERY easy fix - adding a default filter, view and grouping to a project. We use custom data extensively and for many projects there are custom views that we need to use, but only on that project. It is frustrating to always have to change the view - when it could just stick. And more frustrating to open a completely unrelated project to a bunch of blank fields because the unrelated view has followed you.

I think this is super handy, as an extension, it would be great to name Filter/View/Group combinations. This would be super helpful and would assist in guiding team members to data in a format that is relevant to them.

OMG YES. This was something I was thinking about last week. We have some projects which require a particular view or filter. The only thing I'd add to it is to have this functionality at the Issue level as well. We do some creative things with Issues which require specific views.

YES PLEASE. I have specific views / groupings / filters that I use for specific projects, and wish they were "sticky" so that I didn't have to adjust each time I move to a new project.

Yes please. I'd like this it would be quite helpful as different projects can dictate different filter/view/group settings.

Yes, please!! This is a major pain point for me and other users. I have specific views and groupings setup per project. I do not want those views to follow me as a navigate to other objects.

Hi! Currently, it's possible to have a view, a filter, and a grouping selected by default for each object. It's on Setup > Interface > Layout Templates > Select Lists in customize what users see > Select the object you want to configure. Hope that helps!

Came to innovation lab to submit this very thing. We have many views/groupings for specific projects and it is frustrating for the user to have to switch every time they switch projects. I want this something they can either set at a user level for themselves based on the project or in the admin level can specify default views/groups for various projects (so technically a task view in a project)in the layout template like I can currently set the default view/groups for other objects.
