Staffing on project: All users that match the attached Resource Pools and Job Roles assigned to planned Tasks should show up automatically

I have been dealing with the new Resource Planning tools very intensive the last few weeks and I think there are a lot of improvements as well as fantastic functionality. But I am missing a bit of logic despite all that.

Out of the Project Managers view it would be easiest to staff via the project landingpage > Staffing > Scheduling

Following my logic all users that match the Resource Pools attached to the project and the Job Roles assigned to planned Tasks should show up automatically and it would be nothing to schedule the unassigned tasks with the new ‚Äûautomatic assignment“ function.

Premise:
The Project Manager can view all existing assignments (planned/projected hours), also from projects he has no access to.
