Show Task Description when Hovering Over Task

We would appreciate the ability to have a task's description appear as a 'pop-up' when you hover over the task name. Similar to how the tooltip functions for custom fields.

We realize that we can have a view that includes the description in a column. However, our descriptions can be very long so a view like this makes it hard to see all of the tasks in one go. 

Having the description appear in a hover state would give us the ability to see task descriptions without it taking up too much space on the page.
