The "Updates" tab of a project should serve as a feed of all activity - including comments made on proofs related to the project. Currently, you have to look in multiple places to get the full picture of what's going on.

All comments made in Proof HQ also show up in my updates section.

We see comments in the updates of the doc but not in the project. It would be nice to see all comments pertaining to any doc inside a project to be viewed in the project Updates tab.

Agreed, we very much need to see proof comments and decisions in the update feed of an issue, not just on the document itself.

This has everything to do with the person making the comment. If they are a WF user then you will see the comments in the update. if they are not a WF user then you wont see their comments. I believe it is because the proof itself is considered a cloud based element. I do agree that the updates for all comments on a proof would be better if it showed on the general update tab.

Thank you for the idea and all the feedback. We agree this would be a great functionality to have and we are investigating the possibility of having it, but we are not able to provide the timeline on when we will be able to build it, so we will mark this as [Not Planned] for now and will follow up in [three months]. Please continue up-voting and providing your use-cases as we will revisit this later.

@les114 We are working on a new, native review/approval experience directly within Workfront and having (non-private) comments in a central location in the update stream will be part of that effort. Still TBD exactly where it will reside and whether the project's update stream will be an aggregate of all comments or not.

I thought that we were able to see the proof comments in the task we have the proof created in?
