Show full document name in documents within a project (new experience)

In the new experience, when a document with a very long file name is uploaded, it doesn't show the entire filename despite there being plenty of room to show more characters. Sometimes the rest of that document name has information we need at a quick glance, and clicking on it and then the details tab to see it all isn't efficient.

Our users have the same feedback as Amanda. Adding a screenshot. There is room to show the full file name on a standard-size browser window. Also there is room up top to expand and show the project portfolio and name which is also truncated. This is a frequent complaint and would be a huge win if fixed.
