Show changes in updates for document custom forms

Currently there is no way to make an audit what happened to a document's metadata and when except that a new version has been uploaded.

We have a custom integration where this could have been a very useful thing for troubleshooting.

But also it's essential if we have a dispute.

It would be extremely helpful to have some sort of audit log to show when a custom form was added to an object and any updates that were made.
