Sharing documents/folders/links with anyone who has the link

Ability to share documents/folders/zipfile links with anyone (not just registered users) like dropbox can do. If someone has the link, they can download the file.

• Useful when releasing files to a vendor and they want to subcontract the work out
• Also useful for translations. The translation team can forward the link to the contractor doing the translation anywhere internationally.
• These zipfile links should have the ability to have embargo and expiration date / time
