If we could share workflows from the main account to each Satellite Accounts, it would grandly minimize the effort to update or create (dispatch) workflows to all satellite accounts.
Sharing my recent experience, I had to update each existing workflows (128) to add a new contact details, and as you can imagine it took me quite some time to complete this operation.
I will have to redo this operation each time new updates will occur.
Thank you for taking into account my above remarks, as it would definitively save a considerable time and effort to anyone involve managing Workflows with Satellite Accounts.
