Setting job role level permissions

It feels like a no brain and this is something that would be available.

Specific to time sheets and resources pool but probably for other areas too.

Why can i not assign time sheets or resource pools to a job role and not have the system then break that out to the user level. It should keep the job roll level declaration and any future adds to that job role would be assign to that timesheet or resource pool.

Please look into making this happen.. It would be a huge admin improvement.
